Apna GATE is built with a "Privacy First" approach, proudly offering a No Login experience so you can study without distractions or data mining concerns.

Personal Data: We DO NOT collect, store, or process any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as your name, email address, phone number, or physical address.

Anonymous Usage Data: We may collect non-personal, anonymous data automatically when you use the app to ensure stability and improve our services. This includes:

• Device information (e.g., operating system version, device model).
• App usage data (e.g., features accessed, time spent on the app).
• Crash reports and performance analytics.

3. Third-Party Services & Advertising

To keep Apna GATE free for all students, we display non-intrusive "Light ADs". We work with trusted third-party advertising networks, such as Google AdMob.

These third parties may use standard anonymous identifiers (like the Google Advertising ID) to provide relevant ads. They do not have access to your personal identity. Google may use cookies or unique device identifiers to personalize ads and measure their effectiveness.

4. Data Security & Storage

Even though we do not collect personal data, we implement industry-standard security measures to protect the anonymous analytical data we do handle. Any personal preferences or saved states within the Apna GATE app are stored exclusively on the local storage of your own device. If you clear the app data or uninstall the app, these preferences will be reset.

5. Internet Connectivity

While many aspects of your preparation can be managed locally, an active internet connection is required for specific dynamic features within the app, including:

• Fetching the latest Syllabus, Exam Patterns, and PYQs.
• Accessing external educational resources and PDF drives.
• Receiving dynamic app updates and important announcements.
• Loading and displaying Advertisements.

6. Children's Privacy

Apna GATE is designed for higher education students and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe we might have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action to investigate and delete it immediately.
